Appointment quality

A verified appointment with an accurate need, correct service, realistic expectations, confirmed contact details, and the appropriate decision-makers.

Aged lead

A lead that remains open beyond the organization’s current-response window and requires an approved follow-up path.

TERM 03

Call disposition

The CRM outcome code that describes what actually happened during a contact attempt.

TERM 04

Campaign

An approved source, offer, audience, and operating rule set used to generate and handle leads.

TERM 05

Certification

Evidence that a team member demonstrated the required knowledge and behaviors for an assigned role.

TERM 06

Coaching loop

Observe evidence, identify one behavior, practice the correction, apply it, and review the result.

TERM 07

Consent

Documented permission to contact a person through an allowed channel for an allowed purpose.

TERM 08

Contact loop

Prepare, open, gain permission, discover, clarify, educate, advance, confirm, document, and follow through.

TERM 09

Conversion

A defined movement from one verified funnel stage to the next; the denominator and time window must be stated.

CRM

The approved customer relationship management system used to retain facts, ownership, consent, tasks, and outcomes.

Decision-maker

A person whose participation or approval is materially required for the project’s next step.

TERM 12

Discovery

Respectful questions used to understand the project, current condition, desired outcome, timing, and concerns.

Do-not-contact

A customer request or legal/operational status that stops persuasion and requires immediate record handling.

TERM 14

Escalation

A governed transfer to an authorized owner when risk, authority, complexity, or policy exceeds the current role.

TERM 15

Fail closed

Withhold an unsupported answer, promise, or action until approved evidence or authority is available.

TERM 16

Financing interest

A customer’s stated interest in hearing approved options; it is not approval, a rate, a term, or a payment quote.

TERM 17

Follow-up

A purposeful contact that adds value, removes a barrier, answers an approved question, or advances a decision.

TERM 18

Handoff

A documented change of ownership that names the receiver, next action, due time, and required context.

TERM 19

KPI

A defined performance measure with an owner, formula, source, time window, and decision use.

TERM 20

Lead

A person or organization with a recorded source, possible need, contact basis, and next-action status.

TERM 21

No-show

A confirmed appointment that did not occur and requires blame-free recovery and accurate documentation.

Objection

A stated concern or barrier that must be understood before selecting an approved response.

TERM 23

Opt-out

A request to stop a communication type or all allowed contact, handled according to policy and law.

Ownership

The named person or role accountable for completing, transferring, canceling with reason, or escalating a task.

Product claim

A factual statement about a product that must be supported by current, cited, approved source evidence.

Provenance

The traceable source, retrieval time, version, and transformation history behind a fact or artifact.

Qualification

Verification that a lead matches approved service, location, project, timing, and participation criteria.

Reading position

The last selected section and scroll location retained locally so a reader can resume accurately.

Reschedule

A governed change to appointment timing that reconfirms purpose, participants, details, and expectations.

Service area

The currently approved geography in which the organization can offer a stated service.

Source citation

A link or identifier that lets a reader verify the approved passage supporting a statement.

Stale data

Information older than its governed freshness window and therefore restricted from commercial use until refreshed.

A reusable set of field forms, checklists, worksheets, and evidence records tied to a manual.

Warm transfer

A live transfer in which context and ownership are confirmed before the first person disconnects.

Framed cabinet

Cabinet construction with a face frame attached to the front of the cabinet box; Artcraft lists framed cabinetry as an available style category.

TERM 36

Frameless (Euro) cabinet

Cabinet construction without a face frame, commonly associated with a clean European appearance; Artcraft lists frameless or Euro cabinetry among its style choices.

Shaker door

A cabinet-door style built around a simple recessed center panel and clean rails and stiles; one of the styles identified by Artcraft.

Slab door

A flat cabinet door or drawer front without a framed center panel; Artcraft lists slab as a selectable cabinet style.

Inset cabinetry

Construction in which doors and drawer fronts sit within the cabinet face opening rather than covering it; Artcraft lists inset as an available style.

TERM 40

Wood species

The type of wood selected for the cabinetry. Artcraft’s published examples include walnut, oak, maple, and cherry; current project availability must be verified.

Decorative veneer

A thin decorative wood surface applied to a stable substrate. Artcraft describes textured and bookmatched veneer options, subject to project verification.

TERM 42

Bookmatched veneer

Adjacent veneer leaves arranged so their grain patterns mirror one another, creating a deliberate symmetrical visual effect.

TERM 43

Finish sheen

The visual reflectivity of a cabinet finish. Artcraft’s published choices include matte, satin, high-gloss, and metallic finishes.

TERM 44

3D rendering

A three-dimensional design visualization used to help a customer preview the proposed cabinetry before production; it is a design aid, not a substitute for final approved drawings and field verification.

Line drawing

A dimension-oriented drawing that communicates cabinet layout and relationships more precisely than a mood image; final dimensions remain subject to authorized approval.

Mood board

A curated presentation of colors, materials, finishes, hardware, and visual references used to align the customer and designer on direction.

Finish sample

A physical or approved representative sample used to evaluate color, sheen, texture, and material before a final selection.
